Frankenstack ("the Service") is a web application that helps solo developers and small teams monitor and manage their multi-stack software projects — GitHub deep-scan, heartbeats, SSL radar, analytics aggregation and public metrics. The Service is operated as an independent project. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record (tax, invoicing and fraud management).
The only authentication method is GitHub OAuth. By signing in you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. You are responsible for keeping your GitHub account secure. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the dashboard; the deletion is immediate and permanent.
The Service offers a free tier and paid plans (Side Hustler, Stack Lord) billed monthly or yearly, plus a one-time Lifetime Deal (LTD). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Lemon Squeezy where applicable.
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on all subscription plans. The Lifetime Deal is refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been activated more than once beyond the seat limit. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy; email us via a GitHub issue (https://github.com/richter80/frankenstack/issues) with your order number.
You must not use the Service to: break the law; infringe others' rights; probe, scrape or overload our infrastructure; attempt to bypass plan limits or project caps; resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the Service; share a single account across multiple users.
We store: your GitHub username and id, your project metadata (name, repo, domain, stack detection results), heartbeats, and aggregated analytics counts (visitor numbers only, never raw visitor data, cookies or PII — see Privacy Policy). We do not store your GitHub repositories' source code. You can export or delete your project data at any time. If you delete your account, all this data is permanently erased within 24 hours.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. Paid plan holders get at least 30 days' notice before material reductions in functionality. We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page with its date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you never paid.
