Why I built Frankenstack (and refused to pay $150/mo for enterprise dashboards)
It always starts innocently. You get a flash of an idea on a Friday night, fire up Cursor, and by Sunday noon you've deployed your first micro-SaaS. Then you build another. And another.
Before you know it, you are running 20+ active projects, tools, and MVPs. And that's when the quiet chaos begins:
I looked at existing monitoring tools. They all wanted $79 to $250 a month, required heavy SDKs, and treated my scrappy micro-products like a Fortune 500 bank.
So I built Frankenstack: a single-screen cockpit built on the Cloudflare Edge that runs on strictly read-only keys, costs $0/month to host, and keeps all my projects healthy in one unified glance.
